4. Data Sharing

  • AI Providers (OpenAI, DeepSeek, Groq): Message content is sent to generate responses. These providers process data per their own privacy policies.
  • WhatsApp/Meta: Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business API via Evolution API.
  • Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing for subscriptions.
  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication.
  • Vercel: Application hosting.
  • Sentry: Error monitoring (anonymized technical data only).

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the US (us-west-1 region). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Row-Level Security (RLS) policies on database
  • API key authentication on all endpoints
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse
  • HMAC signature verification on payment webhooks

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Conversation data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where required by law.
